Welcome to ChicagoBrie LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our Chicago Brie course platform and related services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our site and course.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our platform, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Services

Our platform provides access to online courses, educational materials, video content, and downloadable PDF handouts. Course enrollments may be on a one-time purchase, subscription, or membership basis. By using our platform, you acknowledge that course availability, content, and features may change at any time.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and ensuring account security.
  • You agree not to share your login credentials or grant unauthorized access to your account.
  • You shall not use our platform for any unlawful purpose, including distributing unauthorized course materials.

4. Payments & Refunds

4.1 Payment Terms

  • Courses and subscriptions are billed as stated at the time of purchase.
  • All prices are subject to change, but existing subscriptions will not be affected until renewal.

4.2 Refund Policy

  • We offer a 30-day refund policy if you are unsatisfied and have completed less than 50% of the course.
  • Refunds do not apply to downloadable content such as PDFs, templates, or course materials.
  • Refund requests must be submitted via tech.chicagobrie@gmail.com within the eligible timeframe.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Course Access & Content Usage

  • Course access is granted as per the stated duration (lifetime access, limited-time access, or subscription-based).
  • Videos are hosted on Vimeo and can only be streamed through the platform; they are not available for download.
  • Downloadable resources, such as PDFs, are for personal use only and may not be redistributed.
  • We reserve the right to remove or update course content at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All course content, including videos, PDFs, and related materials, is the intellectual property of ChicagoBrie LLC.
  • You may not copy, share, or resell course content without explicit permission.
  • Unauthorized distribution may result in account termination and legal action.

7. Technical Support & System Requirements

  • Our platform is accessible on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
  • Videos are streamed via Vimeo, requiring a stable internet connection.
  • If you encounter playback issues, refer to our FAQ or contact support at tech.chicagobrie@gmail.com.
  • We are not responsible for disruptions due to third-party service providers or user-side technical issues.

8. Third-Party Services

  • Our platform may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Vimeo, payment processors).
  • We are not responsible for the availability or policies of third-party services.
  • Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.

9. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

  • Use or inability to use our platform or its content.
  • Loss of data, revenue, or access to purchased materials.
  • Technical disruptions beyond our control.
