All PDF handouts and additional resources are available for download. However, video lessons can only be streamed through the LMS. They are not available for download to ensure content security and proper licensing.

Once you purchase the course, you will have lifetime access, including any future updates or additional materials added to the course.

The videos aren’t playing properly. What should I do?

Our course videos are hosted on Vimeo, and they should work smoothly on most devices and browsers. If you’re experiencing playback issues:

  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
  • Try refreshing your page or logging out and back in.
  • If the video still doesn’t load, try using a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari).

If you’re seeing a “Video not found” error, submit a ticket to our support team for assistance.

If your video is buffering:

  • Lower the video resolution by clicking the gear icon on the Vimeo player and selecting a lower quality.
  • Check your internet speed—Vimeo requires a minimum of 5 Mbps for HD streaming.
  • Close other tabs or applications that may be using bandwidth.
  • Try switching to a wired internet connection if you’re on Wi-Fi.

If you are unable to download a PDF:

  • Ensure your browser allows downloads from our LMS platform.
  • Check if a pop-up blocker is preventing the download.
  • Try using a different browser or clearing your cache.

If the issue persists, submit a ticket to our support team for assistance.

Our LMS automatically tracks your course progress, but if it’s not updating:

  • Make sure you’re logged in with the same account you used to enroll.
  • Complete each video or quiz fully before moving to the next module.
  • Try clearing your browser cache or logging out and back in.
  • If your progress still isn’t updating, please submit a ticket to our support team for assistance.

If you can’t log in:

  • Click the “Forgot Password” link on the login page or here. 
  • Enter your registered email and check your inbox for the reset link.
  • If you don’t receive an email, check your spam folder.

What if I have questions while taking the course?

We offer a 30-day refund policy for courses you have purchased. If you’re not satisfied and have completed less than 50% of the course, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Refunds do not apply to downloadable materials (PDFs) or if the course is more than 50% completed. To request a refund, submit a ticket to our support team for assistance.
